Bro Cecil was truly a man of God, sent by God with a message that consumed him. He was a rare example of a faithful steward of God who was in no way distracted by the affairs of this life. He touched our lives and that of many others with the message of the gospel of the kingdom which he preached. We believe he gave a good account of his stewardship.
Lord may the life he lived challenge us and all others who sat under his ministry to be faithful to you as he was. Amen
